However, due to past abuse of this policy, we now require proof of consistent daily application before approving any refund requests.
How to Qualify for a Refund
To ensure fairness and transparency, follow these steps:
✔️ Start with a Photo – Before your first use, take a clear, well-lit photo of your skin.
✔️ Track Your Progress – Submit timestamped photo or video proof of daily application (a short video or photo each day showing the product being applied).
✔️ Final Review – If you don’t see visible improvements after finishing the product, send us all your daily photos/videos along with a brief note about your experience.
If your results don’t meet expectations, we’ll issue a full refund, even if the product is completely used up.
How to Submit a Refund Request

📌 Include the following:
- Full Name & Order Number
- Timestamped daily photos/videos documenting application over 90 days
- A brief note describing your experience with the product
📆 Review Process: Our team will evaluate your request within 7 business days and notify you of approval or denial.
💳 If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Exclusions from the "Empty Box" Guarantee
🚫 Refunds will NOT be granted if:
- The product was not used daily for 90 days.
- No timestamped proof of daily application is provided.
- The refund request is submitted past the 90-day timeframe.
- The request is due to personal preference rather than lack of results.
